Scott R. Anderson, Chairman

Scott Anderson retired as the President & CEO of North Memorial Health Care in 2005 after serving that organization for 41 years. Recognized as a leader in the healthcare services industry by business professionals and colleagues, Mr. Anderson’s legacy is strong. Throughout his career, he placed great importance on building and sustaining long-term relationships fostering a culture of collaboration and cooperation. Today, he continues that style at Mirabelle Management as a facilitator and coordinator of business ventures and partnerships.
Jennifer Anderson, President & CEO
Jennifer Anderson has over twenty one years of experience in the senior services industry in many capacities including, marketing, development, training, and operations. She began her career as a nursing assistant and quickly developed a deep care and compassion towards older adults propelling her to seek a healthcare career. After college, she went on to develop, own, and operate memory care programs and today, still is active in that business. Ms. Anderson has a reputation of high expectations with an unwavering commitment to seniors and customer service.
Linda Isaacson, Director of Training & Development
Linda Isaacson has over 35 years of experience in several areas of business with one Fortune 50 company with the last fifteen years focusing on Training and Organization Design. Ms. Isaacson’s commitment to training and operational efficiency intiated the creation and launch of EduCare©. Ms. Isaacson is committed to ensure that all employees in every industry have the tools to do their jobs in a manner that impacts the customer directly and brings the best outcomes possible. Her greatest asset is her solid work ethic and “get it done” philosophy.
Jean Howell, RN, Director of Customer Service
Jean Howell has a diverse background in nursing and professional services in settings such as hospitals, home health care, and assisted living. Ms. Howell’s commitment to quality, personal integrity, creative solutions, and service top her list of priorities in any role. She has been successful working in environments with unseasoned and culturally diverse teams and yet through training, coaching, and mentoring, still meeting the standard of excellence for which she espouses. Her greatest asset is her unwavering advocacy for customer service and the grace she achieves it.
Duane Isaacson, Director of Maintenance Services
Duane Isaacson has worked in the building services industry for nearly forty years in various capacities. The vast diversity of his experience partnered with his commitment to quality and excellence brings value to any organization seeking first-rate project management services. Mr. Isaacson maintains professional and ethical standards while doing the right by the customer. His propensity for details and perfection ensures the best end result and product and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Jonathan W. Lips, Attorney at Law, Regulatory Compliance Consultant
Jonathan Lips launched a solo law practice in January 2009, with a focus on issues affecting older adults and their caregivers. Prior to forming his firm, Jon served as Vice President of Advocacy and legal counsel for Care Providers of Minnesota. In this role, he managed the association’s legislative agenda, performed its legal work, and helped older adult services providers to comply with laws and regulations applicable to their businesses. From 1997 to 2002, Jon represented Minnesota companies and individuals on a wide range of business law matters, most recently with the firm of Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. Raised in Duluth, Jon attended Georgetown University and the University of Virginia School of Law, and now lives in St. Louis Park with his wife and daughter.
Jason Isaacson, Director of Technical Operation
Jason Isaacson is a respected leader of a customer-focused team instilling a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of the organization’s vision and goals. Mr. Isaacson maintains a group focused environment while keeping his eye on regulatory compliance and quality. A dedicated manufacturing operations manager with over fifteen years of experience in the fast paced, ever changing and reactive world of technology, Mr. Isaacson brings significant value to Mirabelle Management in the area of operations, training development, and production.
